There are many different types of sessions with Garden Lane Photography. Please read about them below. I’ve tried to be as specific as possible, but if you have any questions about what is included, please do not hesitate to contact me!
Most Session Fees begin at $150 and include a minimum purchase requirement. Please CLICK HERE to email me or use the contact page for more information about the Legacy Family Session. These are truly customized sessions that we will plan together. When you are ready to plan your unique session, I’ll forward you the passwords for the VIP Lounge so that you can begin filling out the Portrait Questionnaire and Agreement forms.
- Just the basics: This session is for the members of 1 immediate family and is to take place at the location of your choosing (ie: beach, home, park). This session is primarily Lifestyle photography which documents your relationships and the times in-between. This is not a typical formal portrait session. This session requires a minimum purchase in either prints/products or digital files. Each additional person or pet is $25. Sessions are typically 1-3 hours. Clients will have access to a password protected online gallery and shopping cart.
- Family Beach Session: This is similar to the Basic package above; however, this session can be combined with another family. Each family will receive a 10% discount off all products when sessions are scheduled together. There is a minimum purchase required in either prints/products or digital files. Each family will receive a custom, formal beach portrait, in addition to Lifestyle images. Sessions will be scheduled back-to-back and will not run concurrently. Each additional person or pet is $25. Clients will have access to a password protected online gallery and shopping cart.
- Individual Session: No minimum purchase is required after the Session Fee. This is a traditional Headshot or 3/4 Body shot. Sessions usually lasts 30-40 minutes. Client will have access to an online gallery with up to 5 images from which to choose your final photo. This session includes 1 digital image on a high-resolution CD that has been digitally enhanced (skin smoothing, small blemish removal and teeth whitening). Additional files are $65/each.
- Legacy Family Session: This is typically a session for 1 set of Grandparents, their children and spouses and the grandchildren. In this case, Grandparents are photographed free of charge. Any additional family members (ie: another set of grandparents) or pets are $25. Each family will have a customized 30 minute session of Lifestyle images and individual shots and a formal beach portrait of their immediate family. After the individual family sessions, a large formal group portrait will be taken. This session includes the following: an online gallery of the entire session and shopping cart and 1 16×20 of the group photo for each family unit. Digital Collections are available. This session includes a print/product credit of $75 for each family. There is no required minimum purchase.
- Newborn Session: If scheduled before delivery, a 1-2 hour maternity session can be added for an additional $75. Minimum purchase applies and can include either a custom coffee table book or custom birth announcements. This session typically includes only members of the infant’s immediate family.
- Small Event Package: 3 hours of photography at an event such as a Christening, birthday party or small wedding. This price includes 50 printed 4×6 photos. Client will have access to an online gallery with all images. Pricing is a la carte. There is no minimum purchase requirement.
